ULTRA Combi Oven Cleaner is a fast-acting detergent for removing fat, grease, carbon and food residues from combination steamer ovens.
ULTRA is formulated for cleaning the inside and outside surfaces of combi steamer ovens. Also suitable for cleaning other ovens, grills and hotplates.
ULTRA Combi Oven Cleaner is a colourless and odourless transparent alkaline liquid detergent with ingredients to dissolve and emulsify the oils and fats as well as saponifying fats (potassium hydroxide). It is a water-based detergent. The hydroxide level is set at the correct concentration to prevent any attack of the seals in combi-ovens.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Do not apply ULTRA to aluminium or painted surfaces.
COMBI-OVENS:
1.Switch off COMBI-OVEN and allow it to cool down slightly (it must be less than 80C).
2.Spray or brush ULTRA onto internal surfaces.
3.Let soak for five minutes.
4.Wipe with a cloth, sponge or pad to help product break down residue.
5.Remove all residue by wiping up with a damp cloth.
6.Rinse surfaces with clean water.
CONVECTION OVENS:
Pre heat oven to 60C then turn off.
Apply neat ULTRA onto surfaces and leave for five minutes to activate.
Loosen carbon residues with a stiff brush or scraper.
Wipe up dissolved solids with a damp cloth then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
GRILLS & HOTPLATES
Turn hotplate off after use and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Surface should be warm but not at full heat.
Scrape food residues off then apply neat ULTRA COMBI-OVEN CLEANER.
Leave wet to activate for 10 – 15 minutes. Scrub with brush, spatula or griddle pad then wipe clean with cloth.
Rinse well with potable water. Brush surface with cooking oil.
Do not use on very hot surfaces as irritating vapours will be produced.
Do not spray around food. Remove food from the area and store safely.
Do not spray anything on the air intakes of the oven.
The hand shower may be used to clean inside the COMBI-OVEN but not for the outside.
Clean the outside of the COMBI-OVEN manually.•Wear safety glasses and gloves when using ULTRA COMBI-OVEN CLEANER.
