SANI.SAN is an alcohol surface sanitiser disinfectant. The application is for ready-to-use sanitising in the food, beverage and dairy industries. Is suitable for use as a mid-shift disinfectant. SANI.SAN is safe for use on food contact surfaces and evaporates rapidly, leaving virtually no residue. It is recommended to be used in high-risk areas to clean and disinfect conveyors, fillers and other equipment after small product spillages etc.
SANI.SAN contains low levels of alcohol, quaternary ammonium compounds and sequestrants specifically formulated for direct application to surfaces when it is impossible or undesirable to use large amounts of water based products. It is effective against most forms of vegetative micro-organisms including gram positive and gram negative bacteria and yeasts. SANI.SAN has broad spectrum activity and is capable of disinfecting after minor product spills. Suitable for use on moisture sensitive areas.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SANI.SAN is suitable for use neat with a spray bottle or by using a clean dry cloth.
Spray onto surface and leave to dry.
Washing kitchen items: no rinse sanitation
Wash first with antibacterial manual dish detergent or HG4 and rinse with potable water
Add 50ml SANI.SAN to sink of potable clean water, wash and air dry or wipe with clean dry cloth
Note: Avoid spraying close to motors or any other unprotected electrical equipment.
Product Compatibility: SANI.SAN alcohol surface sanitiser is safe when applied as recommended for use on materials commonly found in the processed food industry. However, avoid spraying onto polycarbonate and other plastics that are susceptible to stress cracking. In the event of uncertainty, it is advisable to spot test and evaluate individual materials before any prolonged use.
